Daystar Church Family Night at the Birmingham Barons - Friday May 31st. Your family is invited to join us for a fun night at Regions Field, the new downtown home of the Barons. We would like our church family to sit in the same section so we will be ordering the tickets as a group (just $9 ea.) Purchase your tickets at the KPC desk no later than Sunday May 19th to reserve your spot!
Give Forward
This is a reminder to all KPC leaders, parents and kids that 'Give Forward' has begun! Every year at this time the children here at Daystar focus on a particular community or world mission project to raise funds for. This year, to partner with the THRIVE initiative, we are raising funds to dig one well in Africa that will provide water for a community that does not have clean drinking water. The cost to dig one well is $4,800. Over the next few weeks, we will be focusing on teaching our kids about God's unlimited grace and gifts to us and how we, in turn, should live a life of GENEROSITY towards others. So GIVE FORWARD! (Psalms 37:26 - Give freely and lend to others; your children will be a blessing!).
